Labellabel provides warranties on repair work as specified in individual service agreements. Warranty terms vary based on the type of repair and materials used. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
Labellabel's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or repaired furniture.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about furniture condition, granting access to furniture for service, and following care instructions provided after service completion.
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances. Please contact us to discuss cancellation arrangements.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
