All repair work performed by Labellabel is covered by our warranty as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary based on the type of repair and materials used. If issues arise within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will address them at no additional charge.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of service completion. We will work with you to address concerns and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. This may include additional repairs, refinishing, or other corrective measures.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that do not meet agreed-upon specifications or quality standards. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances of each case.
You may cancel scheduled services with reasonable notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and any preparation work already completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule services.
